Lesego is a dynamic brand and marketing specialist, who is currently the Marketing Executive for AutoZone South Africa.
He started his professional career at Eskom, in the 2010MW Special Project Office in 2009, where he focused on internal communications (both strategy development and rollout) and stakeholder relations for the utility’s 2010 FIFA world cup mandate; to rebuild the company’s image among employees nationally.
Lesego was a project consultant at Reputation Institute SA and has spoken at branding and corporate communications conferences, with specific insight on employee alignment, corporate communications and reputation management. In 2011 he extended his speaking talent to include lecturing at the University of the Witwatersrand for the Marketing Undergraduate program and has lectured at Varisty College Sandton.
Lesego was a Senior Consultant at Center For Supplier Development, an enterprise development, supply chain solutions and socioeconomic specialist management company.
In 2013 he joined Massmart Holdings as the Corporate Affairs Project Manager, overseeing the group’s socio-accountability portfolio, which includes Corporate Social Investment, Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment, women economic empowerment and reputation management.
